Confessing something means owning up to a mistake or a wrong. It also can mean declaring a truth. Whatever it means to you, we know that sometimes, those deepest, darkest secrets can bring a lot of pain that can’t be healed within the context of something you’ve mailed in, written on an index card, or put in a video.
